CPAP Intake Specialist

We are a multi-divisional sales company that specializes in systems and services designed exclusively for the healthcare market. Our many divisions include: InHealth Record Systems, InHealth Transcription and Clinical Documentation Services, InHealth Professional Services, and InPractice DME Services among others.
Our InPractice DME Division is looking for Site Coordinators to join our growing team of professionals.
The Site Coordinator is a key support position at all InHealth DME locations. The Coordinator is the key point of contact for all customers. The Site Coordinator answers calls from patients and clinics as well as calls from the Sales and Billing Departments. Great verbal communication is a must and the ability to multitask between processing orders, taking phone calls and working with walk-in customers (depending on location). The Coordinator ensures that all inquiries are answered in a timely manner. The Coordinator helps verify incoming orders and scans them to the billing department for claim creation and follow up.
Specific Responsibilities:
Answer calls and interact with walk-in customers while providing quality customer service.
Return calls, emails, and faxes according to departmental policy.
Receive, process, track, and prioritize orders with speed and accuracy
CPAP Intake Specialist
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all products, payer guidelines, and regulatory rules.
Help customers load purchased equipment when necessary.
Become knowledgeable and compliant with all InHealth policies and procedures.
All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Must have experience with Brightree software
Good problem solving skills including managing crisis situations calmly and professionally.
Ability to concentrate on tasks and meet deadlines demonstrating organization and time management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and training; and work independently
Ability to maintain confidential patient, financial and company information.
Proficient with Microsoft office
High school graduate or equivalent.
Prefer 2 years HME/Healthcare experience.
Organized and detail oriented.
Physical Demands:
Able to perform routine office tasks, including telephone and in-person conversations.
Assemble products.
Lift oxygen tanks, concentrator, wheelchairs, and various other medical equipment to help customers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
