Based in Atlanta, GA, we currently operate in Missouri, Texas, North Carolina, Florida and Alabama.
We also offer mortgage and title services in select markets through our NHC-Title and NHC-Mortgage subsidiaries.
National Home Corp is currently looking for a New Home Sales Consultant for a community in the Cleveland area.
The right candidate's primary responsibility is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Greets customers and builds rapport by providing information, handouts and brochures Overcome objections and closes for the sale Maintains accurate documentation of the transaction from sale through loan approval and close Completes accurate required paperwork, CRM entries and maintains sales/customer file data Conducts weekly follow-up calls with homebuyers until home closes - proactive communication Ensures that sales offices, model homes, spec homes and the entire community are properly maintained and clean Ensure marketing materials, signage, website and internet information are updated and accurate Continually source new sales opportunities Prepare weekly traffic report Manages time efficiently, meets sales goas and works effectively with other members of the team Attends sales meetings - In person and virtual Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers Preferred
Qualifications:
Licensing requirements vary by state Prior CRM software experience Previous sales experience required- new home sales experience preferred Strongly motivated Valid driver's license required Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including weekends, evenings and holidays Job Type:
