The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, who is highly motivated and able to work independently.
Candidates must be comfortable speaking in public, have excellent phone etiquette and be well versed in math and spreadsheets.
A professional demeanor and welcoming attitude are also a must!
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and call for appointments as needed.
Answer incoming calls.
Welcome visitors and handle any desk work.
Communicate with other staff members regarding schedule changes and other relevant information.
Handle the billing process for the company's customers.
Handle any office equipment troubleshooting issues.
Managing Company's Facebook page, posting obituary's online.
Preparing items for the families, obituary, memorial folders, memorial video, creating spotify playlist for the music register books, bookmarks.
Preparing the register book, bookmarks, and following all checklists.
