Responsibilities:
- Utilize your passion for ABA to make a positive impact - Collaborate with our dedicated team to shape programs and policies - Provide effective supervision, with a minimum of one year of experience overseeing BTs - Maintain a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach - Engage with children ages 8 and under, fostering progress in a clinic setting - Uphold compassion, patience, and persistence for both clients and team members - Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our ABA services
Qualifications:
- Master's degree with coursework in applied behavior analysis, child development, special education, psychology, or a related field - BACB certification and Licensed by the State of Texas - Minimum one year of direct experience working with children with Autism and/or developmental delays - Commitment to a family-forward schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:
