Preferred Requirements Associates Degree in technology related fields (Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems), or 2
years' experience in a technology related field.
K-12 Technology experience strongly preferred Bi-lingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Comp TIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Accredited Industry Certificate strongly preferred Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (Eduphoria Help Desk, Spiceworks, Etc.

Basic Duties Install, Configure, Troubleshoot, Maintain and Repair desktop and laptop computer systems, Chromebooks, mobile devices (IPV4 Phones, cellular phones, hotspots, Etc.
), printers, and peripherals.
Deploy operating systems via Windows Deployment Services Travel district-wide and perform Technology related work orders Effectively communicate solutions for technology related tickets to staff members Effectively document tasks performed.

Additional Duties Cross-train in various fields within the technology department, and pursue additional professional development as needed.
Other tasks as assigned by Departmental Leadership.
