-Prepares worksheets as requested to upload important data to billing company -Review/interpret data that is supplied from EOBs or other documentation for accuracy and completeness -Assist with insurance verification for all HCSET locations when requested -Research and resolve billing inquiries from the billing company or as directed by HCSET staff -Proactively seek and identify enhancements to billing process -Work with the billing specialist and accounting team to improve processes -Daily adjustment of grant patient accounts per sliding fee schedule -Assist employee and patients with insurance questions -Assist with other billing / accounting duties as assigned -Works with patients to resolve billing disputes -Approach each task with the expectation that it will be fully and accurately completed -Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support HCSET's Clinic's Mission, Vision and Values - Job Type:
